Fresh, Fresh, Fresh.... Say no more, all our truffles are made fresh to order, and should be consumed right away - alas, at Black Mountain Gold Chocolate understand - here is what we do..

• Eat right away..... now invite friends to help out!
• Best consumed within 10 days of opening
• You can freeze all the products and eat within 30 days (wrap up tight so no air can spoil the yummy taste). Also you can eat the products straight from the freezer, just let them sit for 5 minutes - if you can!
• What you don`t want or can`t eat - give away freely to friends!
• We do not use preservatives of any kind, we only use fresh, quality ingredients..and that`s why they taste so good!
• Locally sourced produce used when available.
