In a place far away - well, Canada actually. Founder and Master Chocolatier, Jules James, was born in Crickhowell, Powys, South Wales near Abergavenny, Monmouthshire and emigrated to Canada when he was 14, graduated Chef at 18, then worked around the world - from Vancouver to Bali, New York to Australia, Dubai to Japan to name a but a few...
Now arriving back in Crickhowell in 2010; to share the extreme passion for chocolate and the art of Chocolatier and to put Wales forever on the world map for Chocolate - what could be better....?!!
